I Quit Making Bread

I've been replaced. Sprightly has been making all our bread for weeks, now. I put the recipe on masking tape inside the cabinet door.

Continuing from my mistake of posting too soon...

We let our yeast proof before adding any flour.


Erin - what has worked best for us is to let the bread completely cool for a couple of hours. It is also helpful to have a really good bread knife.
